Regan was writing for a music magazine doing an interview for the band 'Gene Loves Jezebel' when she was called in to play bass for the Welsh twins. Manuela Zwingman left her band Xmal Deutschland to form the band 'The Swarm' with Julianne Regan. All About Eve then sprung out. And the Eves played on with an extensive list of albums, singles and videos. The band played along with bands like The Church, the Mission, and The Sisters Of Mercy. Their music loved by many of which Julianne would later described as 'Cacophonous Sub-Goth Shit.
