The song "Way Down Now" reached Number One on the North America's Billboard Music Charts. This second album was to be Karl Wallinger's solo project but then he was aided by the iconic Sinead O'Connor and some of the members of the band "The Waterboys" of which he left to form the Party. Rated to be 97th on the 100 British Albums ever by Q magazine. Voted Album of the Year 1990 and again nominated for the Grammy Award for 'Best Alternative Music Performance' in the US. Wallinger was struck down by an aneurysm making him unable to speak but after a long rehabilitation, Wallinger re-emerged onto the scene in 2006.
